Brand Depot Service Agreement Policy

1. Introduction

Brand Depot is a service-based company specializing in digital growth solutions. We offer a range of service packages designed to enhance our clients' online presence and performance. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the duration, renewal, and termination of our service agreements.

2. Service Package Terms

  • All Packages: All service packages are contracted for a period of 12 months.

3. Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted service, all packages will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless either party provides written notice of intent to terminate or modify the agreement.

4. Termination and Notice Period

  • Notice Requirement: Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a minimum of 28 days' written notice prior to the end of the current contract term.

  • Early Termination: If a client wishes to terminate the agreement before the end of the contracted period, they must provide 28 days' written notice. Upon early termination, the client is obligated to pay all remaining balances for the contracted period in full. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of Brand Depot.

  • Submission of Notice: All notices of termination must be submitted in writing, either via email to branddepotsales@gmail.com or by letter to our registered office address.

5. Payment Obligations

  • Outstanding Balances: Clients are responsible for settling any outstanding balances upon termination of the contract, regardless of whether the termination occurs at the end of the term or earlier.

  • Discretionary Waivers: Brand Depot reserves the right to waive or adjust the remaining balance due upon early termination on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of Brand Depot and must be documented in writing.

6. Amendments

Brand Depot reserves the right to amend this policy as needed. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

7. Governing Law

This policy and all service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
