A marketing stack is an individual channel or area of delivery managed by Brand Depot. Our primary marketing stacks include:

  • Meta Ads
  • SEO, AEO and GEO
  • Email Marketing and Klaviyo
  • TikTok Ads
  • Content and Conversion Strategy

Paid Advertising Management Pricing

Paid advertising management is priced per advertising platform and based on the monthly advertising budget allocated to that platform.

Advertising spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok or the relevant advertising platform. It is not included in Brand Depot's management fee.

Google Ads Management

Brand Depot manages Google Ads as an individual marketing stack. This can include Search campaigns, Performance Max, Shopping, remarketing, lead generation, conversion tracking and ongoing campaign optimisation.

Businesses spending €5,000 or more per month should contact Brand Depot directly. At this level, pricing will depend on campaign volume, geographic reach, product or service range, account structure and overall management requirements.

Meta Ads Management

Meta Ads is managed as a separate marketing stack covering advertising across Facebook and Instagram. This can include lead generation, ecommerce advertising, prospecting, retargeting, campaign structure, audience development, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation.

Meta advertising spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from Brand Depot's monthly management fee.

SEO, AEO and GEO Pricing

SEO and AI search optimisation do not involve direct advertising spend. Pricing is based on the size of the website, level of competition, number of services or locations being targeted and the amount of technical and content work required.

Email Marketing and Klaviyo Pricing

Email marketing is priced according to database size, automation requirements, campaign frequency, customer journeys and the overall level of management required.

What Does the Management Fee Cover?

Every Brand Depot engagement is structured around the requirements of the individual business and selected marketing stack. Depending on the service, management can include:

  • Performance monitoring
  • Conversion and tracking recommendations
  • Reporting and commercial analysis
  • Direct senior involvement

The exact scope of work is confirmed before the engagement begins.

Senior Management Without Junior Handovers

Brand Depot is founder led. Clients receive direct access to experienced professionals who understand the strategy, infrastructure and commercial objectives behind their campaigns.

There are no unnecessary account management layers or junior handovers. Every stack is managed with a clear focus on performance, transparency and measurable business outcomes.

Advertising Spend and Additional Costs

Management fees do not include advertising spend. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other media budgets are paid directly to the relevant advertising platform.

Software subscriptions, third-party tools, photography, videography, content production and development work outside the agreed marketing scope may also carry additional costs.

Any additional cost will be agreed before the work begins.

Pricing for Advertising Spend Above €5,000

Businesses spending €5,000 or more per month on an individual advertising platform should contact Brand Depot directly. At this level, the management requirement can vary significantly depending on:

  • Campaign volume
  • Number of products or services
  • Geographic targeting
  • Creative requirements
  • Tracking infrastructure
  • Landing pages
  • Account complexity
  • Reporting requirements
  • Internal team involvement
